Dr Wong is the Chairman of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council. He is an Executive Director and a Deputy Managing Director of COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited and an Independent Non-Executive Director of two listed companies in Hong Kong.

He is also the Chairman of the Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee and a member of the Advisory Committee on Corruption of Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).


He was a Non-Executive Director of Securities and Futures Commission (2012-2018), the Chairman of Investor and Financial Education Council (2017-2018), the Chairman of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors (2009- 2014), a member of Financial Reporting Council (2015-2018), a convenor-cum-member of Financial Reporting Review Panel (2013-2016), a member of Standing Committee on Company Law Reform (2010-2016), a member of Main Board and GEM Listing Committees of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (2007-2013), a member of Auditing and Assurance Standards Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (2006-2008) and a member of the Operations Review Committee of ICAC (2017-2022).


Dr Wong holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Andrews University in Michigan, USA, and a Doctor of Business Administration degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Dr. Eva Chan

Dr. Chan is the Head of Investor Relations of C C Land Holdings Limited (stock code: 1224). She has more than 25 years of experience and was the senior management of various listed companies in Hong Kong. She is mainly responsible for formulating the IR strategies for the company and conducting meetings with investors and fund managers all over the world. She also leads in a number of corporate finance exercises and corporate restructuring activities.


Dr. Chan is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Capital Environment Holdings Limited (stock code: 3989), Xtep International Holdings Limited (stock code: 1368) and ST International Holdings Company Limited (stock code: 8521) and is appointed as an Adjunct Professor of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong.


Dr. Chan graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. She then received her MBA degree from the University of Nottingham. She also obtained a DBA degree from the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong. She is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association, a fellow member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, Chartered Governance Institute, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Katherine Ng

Head of Listing, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX)

 

Ms. Katherine Ng is the Head of Listing at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX). She joined HKEX in 2013 as the Head of Policy of the Listing Division. Prior to joining HKEX, Ms. Ng served as Political Assistant to the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury of the Hong Kong Government, worked in an international investment bank and an international law firm in Hong Kong and London.


Ms. Ng holds a Master of Arts in Law from Trinity College, University of Cambridge and is a qualified lawyer in both Hong Kong and England & Wales. Ms. Ng is currently an Advisor to Our Hong Kong Foundation, a Director of the World Wide Fund for Nature Hong Kong, a fellow of the Aspen Institute, a Member of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance and a senior fellow of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute ("HKSI"). She was a Director of HKSI from December 2014 to December 2022 and the Chairman between December 2018 to December 2021.

Jennifer Lee

Ms. Lee is Director of the Corporate Finance Division in the SFC, mainly responsible for corporate regulatory and listing-related policy matters. She participates in the Division's work on the IOSCO Sustainability Task Force Corporate Reporting Workstream and the adoption of climate-related disclosures for listed issuers in Hong Kong. Previously held positions in an international audit firm and investment banks, she has extensive regulatory experience in the corporate finance field.

Dr Au is Executive Director of Financial Services Development Council (FSDC). Prior to joining the FSDC, he was President of Value Partners Group Limited. Dr Au also served as CEO of Eastspring Investments (Hong Kong) Limited and CEO of BOCHK Asset Management Limited. He also held various senior management positions at other financial institutions including Baring, GMO and HSBC Global Asset Management.


Dr Au was named CEO of the Year in Hong Kong by Asia Asset Management in 2012 and 2014. He was awarded the Medal of Honor by the HKSAR Government in 2008 for his valuable contributions to the securities and asset management industry. He was also the Chairman of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI) from 2006 to 2008 and the Chairman of the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association in 2004/2005.


Dr Au is currently serving as a Council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Public Accountants, an Index Advisory Committee member of China Securities Index Co., Limited and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Hong Kong among other public services.


Dr Au is a CFA Charterholder and a Honorary Fellow of HKSI. He received his BA in Physics from the University of Oxford and PhD in Theoretical Particle Physics from the University of Durham.

Ms. Joyce Kwock joined Hang Lung in June 2020. She is the General Manager – Investor Relations, formulating investor relations strategies, communicating with shareholders as well as cultivating the investment community's interests in Hang Lung Group and Hang Lung Properties.


She possesses around 20 years of professional experience in Hong Kong and London, in the fields of investor relations, investment banking and accountancy. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is also a Member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Certified Financial Risk Manager of Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Phoebe Ho

Ms. Phoebe HO ("Ms. HO") is the Chief Financial Officer and a responsible officer of the SF REIT Asset Management Limited, the manager of SF Real Estate Investment Trust ("SF REIT").


Ms. Ho is also an Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong REITS Association Limited ("HKREITA"). Prior to joining SF REIT since its listing in 2021, she managed SF Group's logistics properties since 2015. She has close to 20 years of experience in financial management and asset management for business entities in Hong Kong and the PRC.


Ms. Ho holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) and a Master of Laws (Corporate and Financial Laws) from The University of Hong Kong. She is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Samantha is currently Director of Enterprise Solutions in S&P Global, specializing in Investor Relations & Sustainability strategies and community engagement for HK listed companies.


Samantha has 13 years of experiences in financial data analytics, IPO & securities registrations, corporate services and financial technology solutions. Over the years, she has developed deep

understanding of HK listed corporate ecosystem and led projects to help listed corporates strategize their IR, Sustainability and Corporate Governance set up with the power of financial data and

workflow solutions.


Graduated from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with background of Information System and Operation Management. Samantha also held various China market and

listed corporate focused roles in Computershare, Bloomberg, Tricor and Amazon Web Services, prior to joining S&P Global.
