Dr Kelvin Wong is the Chairman of the Securities and Futures Commission, the Chairman of the Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) and a member of its Advisory Committee on Corruption.
Prior to joining the SFC, Dr Wong was an Executive Director and a Deputy Managing Director of COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited, a company listed in Hong Kong. He was also the Chairman of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council, the Chairman of the Investor and Financial Education Council, the Chairman of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, a member of the Main Board and GEM Listing Committees of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, a member of the Standing Committee on Company Law Reform and a member of the Operations Review Committee of the ICAC. He was also an Independent Non-Executive Director of companies listed in Hong Kong and/or Mainland China.
Dr Wong holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Andrews University in Michigan, USA, and a Doctor of Business Administration degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Dr. Chan is the Head of Investor Relations of C C Land Holdings Limited (stock code: 1224). She has more than 25 years of experience and was the senior management of various listed companies in Hong Kong. She is mainly responsible for formulating the IR strategies for the company and conducting meetings with investors and fund managers all over the world. She also leads in a number of corporate finance exercises and corporate restructuring activities.
Dr. Chan is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Capital Environment Holdings Limited (stock code: 3989), Xtep International Holdings Limited (stock code: 1368) and ST International Holdings Company Limited (stock code: 8521) and is appointed as an Adjunct Professor of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong.

Dr. Alvin Ho is an experienced investment principal with a proven track record in private equity. While dedicating time to teaching at universities, he balances managing private investment portfolios and institutional LP investing with mentoring both start-ups and established companies. In addition, he serves as a board member for listed companies and NGOs, and is a member of investment committees for various funds and platforms. Previously the legal and executive representative for local currency funds incorporated in Beijing and Chengdu, he was the Head of China for a pan-regional private equity growth fund.
As President of the Society, Alvin spearheaded key initiatives to advance industry collaboration. He curated the Society's 30th-anniversary publication, featuring insights from 30 distinguished industry experts, and launched the flagship 'Presidential Moment' series, convening global luminaries including a Nobel Laureate, top strategists, authors, and executives like a multinational bank's Hong Kong CEO.
Alvin holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, along with master's degrees from Tsinghua University and London Business School. He has authored three books in Chinese on the economics of sports, and served as chief editor of, and contributor to, RISE FROM CRISES, a publication of CFA Society Hong Kong.

Dr Tung is the Director and Head of Policy Research for the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC). He leads the team responsible for conducting policy research and industry surveys to formulate proposals for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and financial regulators.
Before joining the FSDC, Dr Tung was the Director of Capital Markets Policy for the CFA Institute, covering research areas related to capital market structures (e.g. corporate governance, regulatory environment) in the Asia Pacific region. Before that, he was the Senior Economist for the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, where he oversaw its macroeconomic research, as well as labour- and international trade-related policy research functions. He also served as an economist and a research analyst for banks, a trade credit insurer and a Hong Kong-based think-tank.
Dr Tung holds a doctoral degree in organisational leadership from Northeastern University in Boston and is a Fellow of CPA Australia. He received a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree, both in Economics, from the University of Hong Kong and the University of Wisconsin–Madison, respectively.

Julie (Hae Young) Rhee is a Managing Director at Alliance Advisors APAC Ltd, the Hong Kong arm and APAC headquarters of Alliance Advisors LLC overseeing Issuer Sales, Transaction Advisory and Strategic Partnerships for the Asia-Pacific region. In this role, Julie is responsible for driving the business and client relationships in the region. She supports both corporates and investors on various corporate governance issues and activist campaigns across the region.
Prior to joining Alliance Advisors, Julie headed the Issuer Solutions business for S&P Global and IHS Markit in South Korea. She has guided Korean issuers successfully through both special and regular shareholder meetings including landmark restructuring agenda items, as well as providing various solutions to issuer C-Suite, Investor Relations and ESG teams.
