Dr. Eva Chan is the Founding Chairman and Fellow Member of Hong Kong Investor Relations Association. She is the Head of Investor Relations of C C Land Holdings Limited (stock code: 1224). She has more than 25 years’ of working experience and was the CFOs and company secretaries of various listed companies in Hong Kong. She is mainly responsible for formulating the IR strategies for the company and conduct meetings with investors and fund managers all over the world. She also leads a number of corporate finance exercises and corporate restructuring activities.

Dr. Chan is an independent Non-Executive Director of Capital Environment Holdings Limited (stock code: 3989) and is appointed as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Accounting and Finance of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University since 2012.

Dr. Chan graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Art in Accounting. She then earned her MBA degree from the University of Nottingham. Dr Cheng is the Dr S H Ho Professor of Banking and Finance, and Director of the Research Centre for ESG and the Research Institute for Business at the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. He was a member of the Investment Committee of the Hospital Authority Provident Fund Scheme (2016-2022) in which he led the effort in promoting ESG integration for an investment portfolio exceeding USD 8 billion. Dr. Cheng actively engages in ESG and green finance research. In addition to publishing on Green Bond, he received various research donations and grants related to ESG and financial services for over USD 1 million. He is also a coauthor of a book chapter titled “Fintech Unicorns” in The Palgrave Handbook of Fintech and Blockchain, 2021.

Dr. George LAM, BBS, JP has held a number of senior positions in banking and finance, professional services and the innovation and technology sector in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region. He is Chair of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN ESCAP) Sustainable Business Network (ESBN) and the ESBN Finance Task Force, and the immediate past Chairman of Cyberport, Hong Kong's digital technology flagship and FinTech hub. Dr. Lam is a member of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government Chief Executive's Policy Unit Expert Group, the Green Technology and Finance Development Committee, and the Governance Committee of the Hong Kong Growth Portfolio. He is also a member of the Belt and Road and Greater Bay Area Committee of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and the Court of the City University of Hong Kong, President of Hong Kong-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation, Chairman of the Innovation and Technology Committee of the Belt and Road General Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chairman of Pacific Basin Economic Council, and a Board member and Chairman of the Permanent Commission on Economic and Financial Issues of the World Union of Small and Medium Enterprises.

Dr. James L. Smith is a Past-President of the IAEE and Professor Emeritus at Southern Methodist University, where he held the Cary M. Maguire Chair in Oil and Gas Management for 23 years before retiring in 2018. Having specialized in energy studies since receiving his Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University in 1977, Dr. Smith has been a prolific researcher and author. His publications on OPEC, energy markets, real options, auction theory, and the oil and gas business have appeared in numerous academic and trade journals, including the American Economic Review, the Journal of
Economic Perspectives, the Quarterly Journal of Economics, The Energy Journal, Mathematical Geology, the Oil and Gas Journal, and World Oil. Dr. Smith is a Senior Fellow and Past President of the United States Association for Energy Economics and since 2006 has served as Co-Editor
of The Energy Journal.

Mr. Fu Keung (Edward) Lau has over 20 years of experience in corporate management, investment banking, consulting and accounting. Edward is the Chief Financial Officer of New World Development Co. Ltd. (Stock code 17.HK) leading Group’s various functions including Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Mergers & Acquisitions and Investor Relations. Before joining New World, Mr. Lau was the Chief Financial Officer of a Chinese property developer with focus on Greater Bay Area. He held various senior positions in Equity Capital markets and Global Credit Trading with global investment banks prior to his CFO career. In recognition of his outstanding achievements, Mr. Lau was awarded “Best CFO” in All-Asia Executive Team Leaders survey organized by Institutional Investor (II) for four consecutive years, “CFO of the Year - Real Estate” by the Asset, “Best CFO – Hong Kong SAR” by FinanceAsia, “Best IR by CFO” by HKIRA and Asia’s Best CFO by Corporate Governance Asia.

He is a U.S. (Delaware) Certified Public Accountant Certificate holder.

Jasmine is the Managing Partner of the EY member firms in Hong Kong and Macau, overseeing all aspects of business operations in these locations. She also spearheads the EY Greater Bay Area (GBA) Center of Excellence, championing greater integration and cooperation within the GBA.

Since 2005 she has been Chairperson of the Association of Bulgarian Investor Relations Directors (ABIRD), Chairperson on behalf of ABIRD of the Bulgarian National Committee on Corporate Governance, Managing Partner of Investor Relations Services Ltd - a company specialized in providing consulting in corporate governance, investor relations and sustainability development and reporting to publicly listed companies. She is an arbitrator at the Sofia Arbitration Court of the International Association for Justice and Arbitration.
Daniela Peeva is a Member of the High Level Forum Capital Market Union to the European Commission, member of the Corporate Finance Standing Committee (CFSC) to European Securities and Markets Authority's (ESMA) and member of the Corporate Events Group (CEG) - Advisory Group on market infrastructures for securities and collateral to the European Central Bank's (ECB)

Cyrus is a Partner with over 17 years of experience in the Assurance and Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) Services practices of PwC Hong Kong. He has extensive experience in assurance, capital market transactions, accounting advisory, internal control advisory, corporate governance advisory, risk management advisory and ESG advisory. Cyrus has broad assurance experiences for companies in different scale, from start-up company to blue-chip conglomerate listed companies. Daniel is Head of Tactical Real Estate APAC in the position of a Senior Portfolio Manager for listed real estate at APG Asset Management which he joined in January 2023. Prior to joining APG, Daniel was a Partner at Hazelview Investments where he was initially responsible for the firm’s European real estate securities coverage based in Zurich from 2010 to 2016 before transferring to Hong Kong in June 2016 to establish the company’s local APAC presence. Daniel co-managed Hazelview’s global real estate securities strategies with AuM of CAD 3.5bn and was responsible for the financial analyses, valuation and investment recommendation of global real estate sectors and securities. Prior to Hazelview Investments, Daniel was an Analyst of global real estate securities at 4IP Management AG, an Analyst of global real estate securities at Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. Corporate Finance (Switzerland) AG and a Funds Analyst at UBS AG. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance, a Master of Arts in Economics and Business Administration and a Ph.D in Business Administration from the University of Zurich. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

Based in Hong Kong, Ellie is responsible for the integration of sustainability considerations into Fidelity’s real estate investments and supporting the firm in areas including proprietary sustainability ratings, engagement and voting activities with investee companies, as well as sustainability product offerings. Ellie joined Fidelity from the Hong Kong-listed real estate company, New World Development, where she was Head of Sustainability. Previously, she held sustainability positions at Link Asset Management and HSBC. Ellie holds a Master of Public Administration degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Environmental Studies from Emory University. She serves on the Urban Land Institute Hong Kong Executive Committee and is also a WELL AP.

Luna Fong is currently the General Manager – Investor Strategy & Communications of Shui On Land Limited. Luna has extensive experience in accounting, finance, investor relations and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Shui On Land Limited, she worked as the Head of Investor Relations of Link REIT. She also worked as Corporate Finance Manager at Esprit Holdings Limited, Senior Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis at Sino Land Company Limited and Senior Manager in Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Luna holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Foong Chong Lek leads the team that engages with Family Offices, with a goal to build a vibrant Singapore capital market that is relevant to the needs of Family Offices. He also collaborates with Private Banks on bespoke events targeted at the Family Office segment.
This includes identifying and promoting SGX Equities, Fixed Income, Currency and Commodity products that could benefit SGX listed companies, Family Offices and Private Banks. He also manages the SGX Corporate / Investor Access calendar.

Athena Ng is a Board Member of Friends of the Earth (HK), one of Hong Kong's most prominent and long established green groups. She is the General Manager, Corporate Finance & Corporate Communications Departments of China Overseas Land & Investment Limited (Stock code 688.HK), responsible for corporate finance, media, investor relations, environmental, social and governance (ESG) and other Board related matters. With 20 years of investment and corporate finance experience spanned from accountant to investment banker to, currently, corporate executive, she started her career as an accountant in New York and subsequently worked at various investment banks (HSBC, J.P.Morgan and RBS), executing fundraisings (private placements, IPOs, right issues, bond issuance) and M&A transactions and recommended optimal financing solution for companies across Asia with primary coverage in real estate, but also in the retail and consumer sector. Xiaoshu Wang leads MSCI’s ESG & Climate research team in Asia-Pacific, primarily focusing on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risk and performance analysis of financial institutions and companies across the region. With more than 10 years of professional experience in the ESG field, Xiaoshu published impactful research on major ESG and sustainability trends in APAC and China.

Prior to joining MSCI, Xiaoshu was a management consultant at CapGemini, where she advised major Chinese banks and financial institutions on complying with Basel III rules, developing internal performance metrics, and operational enhancement.

Xiaoshu also worked with Business for Social Responsibility, a global sustainable business network and consultancy, to help MNCs and state-owned enterprises in China develop sustainability strategies.

Ms. Wong Shui Ki, Suki is the Senior Director of Anta Sports Products Limited (Stock code 2020.HK) and is in charge of the investor relations and ESG function of the Company. Ms. Wong has over 15 years of experience in the industry. Ms. Wong has been working in ANTA Sports since it got listed in 2007. Prior to joining the Company, she had worked in investor relations agency for several years and specialized in serving H-shares listed companies.
