    Dr. Eva Chan

    Chairman, Hong Kong Investor Relations Association

    Dr. Chan is the Head of Investor Relations of C C Land Holdings Limited (stock code: 1224). She has more than 25 years of experience and was the CFOs and company secretaries of various listed companies in Hong Kong. She is mainly responsible for formulating the IR strategies for the company and conducting meetings with investors and fund managers all over the world. She also leads a number of corporate finance exercises and corporate restructuring activities.

     

    Dr. Chan is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Capital Environment Holdings Limited (stock code: 3989) and is appointed as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Accounting and Finance of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

     

    Dr. Chan graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. She then earned her MBA degree from the University of Nottingham. She also obtained a DBA degree from the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong. She is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association, a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

    Dr. Cheng is a Dr. S H Ho Professor of Banking and Finance at the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the Investment Committee of the Hospital Authority Provident Fund Scheme in which he leads the effort in promoting ESG integration for an investment portfolio of about USD 7bil (as of 2018). Dr. Cheng actively engages in ESG and green finance research. In addition to publishing an article and a chapter on Green Bond, he received a grant from Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, HKSAR Government with a project cost of over HKD 1mil to conduct ESG training for accountants.

     

    He was a member of the Business Studies Panel (Joint Research Schemes) for the Research Grants Council (RGC). He served as a member of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal Panel, Council member and a Trustee of the Pension Fund of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is currently a member of the Examination Board of The Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong (IFPHK).

     

    Dr. Cheng graduated with a DBA in Finance from Louisiana Tech University in 1989. He has been a CFPCM certificant since 2001. Before joining Hang Seng University, he was Professor of Finance and Director of Economic Sustainability and Entrepreneurial finance at PolyU. From 1989 to 1998, he was an Assistant Professor and then Associate Professor at Murray State University in Kentucky. In 2003, he served as the HSBC Fellow at the University of Exeter in UK. Moreover, he has more than 90 articles published in research journals including the Journal of Finance. Dr. Cheng is an author of Fundamentals of Financial Planning, and the lead author of Financial Planning and Wealth Management: An International Perspective, both by McGrawHill.

     

    Dr. Cheng served as a project consultant for various organizations including Bank of China (HK) Private Banking, Investor Education Centre (IEC), Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme Authority (MPFA), Value Partners, Agricultural Bank of China (HK) Private Banking, Bank Consortium Trust Hong Kong, Fubon Bank, Hong Kong Exchanges (HKEx), Charles Schwab (US), Tai Fook Securities, and Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI).

    Ms. Victoria Mio, CFA, FRM

    Director, Asian Equities

    Victoria Mio is the Director of Asian Equities at Fidelity International and leads the equity

    research teams based in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan and Singapore. She plays a key role in facilitating collaboration across regions and asset classes, executing on Fidelity's ESG initiatives and China strategy, as well as coaching and mentoring the investment team members. She is based in Hong Kong.

     

    Victoria is a seasoned financial service executive with over two decades of experience in mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity and commercial banking. Prior to joining Fidelity in 2020, Victoria was the co-Head of Asia Pacific Equities and China CIO at Robeco. She was the lead Portfolio Manager of the Robeco Chinese Equities Fund for 13 years and also spent two years in the Netherlands as a portfolio manager in the Emerging Markets team. Throughout her career Victoria held various senior positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co, Asterion Capital LLC, and Banco Nacional Ultramarino SA in China and the US.

     

    Victoria holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macau.

    Mr. Gordon Tse

    Mr. TSE Tsz Man, Gordon is the Senior Director (Corporate Development) of Midland Holdings. He joined the Group in 1996. He is responsible for the operations of investor relations and the integration among various business units. Mr. TSE holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Simon Fraser University, Canada, and a master's degree in business administration from The University of Hong Kong.

Prior to joining China Resources Beer, he had worked for several renowned international investment banks including J.P.Morgan and Cazenove in areas of equity research.
