Event Details

Hong Kong is ranked as the world's number one IPO venue 7 times over the past 14 years, and is now one of the most sought-after listing venues for new economy companies, opening new dimensions for investors, and bringing significant impact to the broader capital market in Hong Kong.

Going public can be complex, expensive, and time-consuming, with new challenges, expectations, and stakeholders: analysts, investors, activists, regulators, and media.

In this seminar, we'll examine the IPO market environment, opportunities and IPO process executions.
