Mr Chan was appointed the Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury on 16 August 2017. Mr Chan has many years of senior executive experience in the banking industry. He was a Managing Director in the Global Markets Division of Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, and was a Managing Director in Financial Markets of Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to joining the Government, Mr Chan held multiple roles in a number of public and professional bodies, including Vice President of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts, Director of Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute, Advisor of the Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society, as well as a General Committee member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. Mr Chan was also a member of the Central & Western District Council.

Mr Chan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Hon) and Psychology from the University of Michigan, USA. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Vanessa Lau has been the Group Chief Financial Officer of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited since 2020. In addition to this role, she was also appointed Co-Chief Operating Officer on 1 March 2024. She brings 30 years of global finance and capital markets expertise and has taken on various leadership roles since she joined HKEX in 2015.

In her current capacity, Ms. Lau oversees a broad range of responsibilities, from spearheading the Group's strategic direction, to overseeing HKEX's trading and post trade operations in Hong Kong. She also leads the Group's finance operations globally, including financial and management reporting, investor relations and treasury.

Ms. Lau has worked at multinational firms in the US, Europe and Hong Kong. She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, and later as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company. Vanessa took on her first CFO role at the age of 35 at Alcoa's subsidiary, Global Rolled Products, based in New York and Geneva from 2007-2011. She subsequently was appointed as a senior research analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein in Hong Kong.

In addition, Ms. Lau has served as an independent non-executive director at Swiss Re since April 2023.

Ms. Lau holds an MA in Mathematics & Computation from the University of Oxford. She is a chartered accountant, having qualified with The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Dr. Chan is the Head of Investor Relations of C C Land Holdings Limited (stock code: 1224). She has more than 25 years of experience and was the senior management of various listed companies in Hong Kong. She is mainly responsible for formulating the IR strategies for the company and conducting meetings with investors and fund managers all over the world. She also leads in a number of corporate finance exercises and corporate restructuring activities.

Dr. Chan is Independent Non-Executive Directors of three companies in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is Adjunct Professors of The City University of Hong Kong and The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong.

Dr. Chan graduated from The City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. She then received her MBA degree from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. She also obtained a DBA degree from The Polytechnic University of Hong Kong. She is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association, a fellow member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, Chartered Governance Institute, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Mr Eric Yau has over 20 years of experience in investor communication, investments, corporate finance and strategy. Previously, he held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Link REIT where he oversaw the development, communication, execution and sustainment of corporate strategic initiatives as well as all functions covering external affairs and stakeholder management, including corporate affairs and marketing, investor relations, sustainability and corporate finance. Prior to joining Link, Mr Yau worked as an investment banker and corporate manager in DBS Asia Capital Limited, CLP Holdings Limited, UBS Investment Bank and Jardine Fleming. He also serves as a member of the Examination Committee of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute. Mr Yau holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Master of Arts degree from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University.

Ms. Christy Lam currently holds the position of Director - Investor Relations at Link REIT (823.HK). She possesses over 20 years of experience in investor relations, institutional business, banking, and audit. Prior to joining Link REIT, Christy served as the General Manager - Investor and Stakeholder Engagement at New World Development Co. Ltd. (17.HK) and as the Head of Institutional Business at DBS Vickers Securities, Hong Kong.

Christy obtained her Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of British Columbia and holds a Certificate in Investor Relations (CIR). She also serves as the IR Panel Member at the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (HKIRA) and possesses a Certificate in ESG Investing, as well as being a CFA and ACCA holder.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Christy was honored as the top-ranked "Best IR Professional" for three consecutive years (2022-2024) in the Institutional Investor All-Asia Executive Team (Rest of Asia), and reached the first spot in All-Asia Executive Team (Overall) in 2024.

Ms. Silvia Fun, Head of Investor Relations at NWS Holdings, joined the company in Q1 2024. She has extensive experience in equity research, credit agencies, and investor relations (IR). Silvia led the IR team of a blue-chip REIT for two years. Prior to that, she was a Director at Fitch Ratings, responsible for credit rating analysis on Greater China property issuers. Before that, she worked in equity research, covering the financial sector in the Asia Pacific region, at Morgan Stanley and CCB International Securities. She also has experience at Credit Suisse Private Banking, Bloomberg L.P., and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Silvia holds a Master of Science in Financial Analysis from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hong Kong. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Cliff Ip is the Partner of Wings Capital and is responsible for handling family office investments, as well as the Managing Director, CEO and Co-Founder of Wings Securities Limited and is responsible for the overall management and leading deal origination, supervision and execution for clients in Hong Kong, mainland China and globally.

Mr. Ip has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, family office and auditing. He has
held senior management positions at leading international investment banks and has accumulated profound experiences across HK IPOs, pre-IPOs, cross-border M&As, share placements, convertible bonds and bond issuances.

Mr. Ip is a Fellow member and the Divisional President – Greater China of CPA Australia. He is
also the Chair of the Financial Services Committee and a member of the ESG Committee and
Greater Bay Area Committee of Greater China in CPA Australia.

Kelly joined Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) in 2013. She works within the Policy and Secretariat Services Unit of the Listing Division, and has been involved in HKEX’s major listing policy. She has been leading the corporate governance, diversity and ESG regulatory initiatives in recent years. Kelly is currently a member of the Sustainability Committee and the Sustainability Advisory Panel of the Financial Reporting Standards Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also an advisor to the Climate Change Framework for Building and Construction initiative under the Sustainable Development Committee of the Hong Kong Green Building Council.

Prior to joining HKEX, Kelly was a senior associate practicing corporate and securities law in Hong Kong. Kelly graduated from the University of Hong Kong with two bachelor's degrees in Business Administration (Law) and Laws. She is a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong and in England & Wales.

Ms. Zhang is the CFO of 3D Medicines Inc., a HK-listed international biotech company in the commercial stage. She has 25+ years global healthcare and financial management experiences. With broad exposure in multiple capital markets, she has successfully led 3D Medicines financing, IPO listing and placing activities. In addition, she has rich experiences in enterprise value, financing strategy and M&A, investor relations, corporate governance and risk assessment, FP&A, financial reporting, internal and forensic audit, and internation taxation etc.

Ms. Zhang has profound understanding of China and US medical payments and insurance systems from her increased responsibilities in the largest medical insurance company in US (ranked Fortune 33 in 2019)，its PBM subsidiary and the China subsidiary. She also serviced as CFO for an international medical device company to support its domestic and international sales. Currently in 3D Medicines, she leads the global sales activities for the first approved SC injected PD-L1.

With wide exposure in global financial & operational positions, she has served as Regional CFO, Asia FP&A Director, Internal Audit Director in United Technology, an international MNC that is ranked in Fortune 46 in 2019.
