Dr. Eva Chan is the Founding Chairman and Fellow Member of Hong Kong Investor Relations Association. She is the Head of Investor Relations of C C Land Holdings Limited (stock code: 1224). She has more than 25 years’ of working experience and was the CFOs and company secretaries of various listed companies in Hong Kong. She is mainly responsible for formulating the IR strategies for the company and conduct meetings with investors and fund managers all over the world. She also leads a number of corporate finance exercises and corporate restructuring activities.

Dr. Chan is an independent Non-Executive Director of Capital Environment Holdings Limited (stock code: 3989) and is appointed as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Accounting and Finance of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University since 2012.

Dr. Chan graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Art in Accounting. She then earned her MBA degree from the University of Nottingham. She also obtained a DBA degree from the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong. Dr. Chan is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. She is also a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Based in Hong Kong, Tim works closely with the Asia-based investment staff on ESG integration research and related activities, including engaging with companies on ESG issues.

Before joining Manulife Asset Management, Tim worked at Ernst & Young Hong Kong as an ESG advisory manager, where he provided ESG risk assessment consulting services to financial institutions, corporates and the government. Prior to EY, Tim worked in the Hong Kong Productivity Council as a consultant, with a focus on projects for the HKSAR Government.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Hong Kong. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Prior to KPMG, Marcos was IBM Global Business Services’ (GBS) Cloud Consulting Services Leader for Greater China. He and his team helps clients on their digital and cloud (private, public and hybrid) journey by leveraging big data, A.I. and APIs/micro-services while using methodologies such as Design Thinking, Agile and Garage-Factory.

Franky Chung joined Xiao-i in September 2018. As the Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for financial planning, risk management, fund raising, capital market operations and investor relations initiatives.

Franky has a diverse and rich background in the Hong Kong capital markets ecosystem having spent over 20 years working for leading international investment banks, Big Four accounting firms and the Hong Kong SAR government, during which he was involved with a myriad of IPOs, fund raising, and M&A cases. Prior to joining Xiao-i, Franky spent around 13 years working for the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing where he spearheaded the incubation and marketing of IPOs by Mainland Chinese companies in Hong Kong. Key accomplishments include working on the landmark strategic projects to launch the Shanghai- Shenzhen - Hong Kong Stock Connect and completing the revamp of the listing rules for new economy companies. In this role, he was also responsible for fostering investor relations for HKEx as a listed company in Mainland China. With an extensive business network and practical financial experience in Hong Kong and Mainland China, Franky made a significant contribution to enhance the sustainable development of a healthy ecosystem.

Franky graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with honors in Business Administration. He has also obtained the professional qualifications of CFA and CPA.

Franky also holds the post of Deputy Chairman of The Listed Companies Council of Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, and Vice President of Queen’s College Old Boys’ Association.

Sarah is the Managing Director of Taylor Bennett Heyman, a specialist executive search firm focused on investor relations, strategic communications and corporate affairs. Based in Hong Kong, she leads Taylor Bennett Heyman’s operation throughout Asia Pacific and has provided executive search and talent management solutions to many of the world’s leading companies in markets across the region. She also consults with businesses on matters pertaining to organisational design and competency framework development.

Sarah has considerable experience in the field of investor relations search and has worked with many leading listed companies in Europe and across Asia Pacific. She started her executive search career in the London, where she spent five years focused on European investor relations assignments. In 2018, Sarah was appointed to the Institute of Public Relations Board of Trustees. She is also a nominated member of Page-Up – Arthur W. Page Society’s exclusive membership and professional development organisation for senior communications executives. Since 2016, she has been an active member of the International Association of Business Communicators.

Sarah holds a Master’s in Economics and Politics from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Laws from the BPP Law School, London.

Prior to joining GEG, Mr. Drake held senior executive positions in Finance with gaming companies in Las Vegas.

Jonathan Drew is a Managing Director in the Infrastructure, Real Estate Group at HSBC. Jonathan graduated with an MA in Economics from Cambridge University in England and is also qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Jonathan started his banking career more than 20 years ago in London and after working in rapidly emerging Latin America and raising capital for large scale projects in the Middle East has been based in Hong Kong since 1997 witnessing first-hand the rapid growth of Asia and notably China. During this time he has been involved in successful transactions across a wide range of sectors including advising on and arranging finance for projects that produce and deliver energy (renewable and non-renewable) and transport people and resources from source to point of consumption as well as a wide range of infrastructure projects in social and education sectors with a focus on resource efficiency and sustainability. These transactions have involved supporting projects, corporates and institutions to approach various financial markets and structuring innovative and tailored products including green bonds and loans to meet the often large and specific needs of clients in markets with very distinct financial and regulatory characteristics. Jonathan is responsible for driving HSBC’s Sustainable Finance initiative across the Asia region for the banking business and also chairs the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association Green Loan Committee.

He had worked for three major fund companies in China and the largest Chinese insurance company in Hong Kong, as research and investment director respectively. The assets under his management have exceeded 100 billion yuan. He has rich experience and accumulation of insights in various domestic and overseas investment fields such as A-shares, Hong Kong stocks and US stocks.

Nasrine Ghozali is the Chief Risk Officer & Member of Strategies Group for Oasis. Ms. Ghozali re-joined Oasis in February 2016, and is based in Hong Kong, having previously been a Strategist, Convertible Bonds and Equity Derivatives Trader for Oasis between January 2006 and March 2010. Prior to re-joining Oasis, Ms. Ghozali co-founded Silver Tree, an Asia-focused event driven hedge fund, in June 2010, and served as Principal Portfolio Manager and Responsible Officer until January 2016. From August 2001 to December 2005, Ms. Ghozali was Co-Head of Convertible Bond Arbitrage at Natexis Arbitrage, Group Banques Populaires in Paris, and before that was a convertible bond trader with BNP Paribas Arbitrage in Paris between August 2000 and August 2001. Ms. Ghozali received a Master of International Finance & Economics, a Master of Economics majoring in Bank Finance Insurance, and a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Applied Economics from University Paris IX-Dauphine. Ms. Ghozali co-founded and co-leads the Board Diversity investor initiative in Hong Kong designed to raise awareness around issues of board diversity in Hong Kong, and to encourage investors to hold their investee companies accountable on matters of diversity. Ms. Ghozali also serves on the 30% Club Hong Kong chapter Steering Committee.

John Gollifer was the General Manager and an executive director of the Board of the UK’s Investor Relations Society from 2012 to 2018. Prior to this, John spent 11 years at the Singapore Exchange where he was Senior Vice President and responsible for investor relations, among other roles in corporate strategy and communications. He established and ran the IR Professionals Association of Singapore from 2006-2008, is a multiple IR award winner and he created and taught an IR course at the Singapore Management University from 2009 to 2012. Since 2016, John has lectured at the University of Liverpool in London on the Masters in Strategic Communications, IR module.

John was trained as a banker and spent 15 years in Asia and Europe in corporate finance and equity capital markets. Since joining the IR Society, which works in partnership with other IR associations, John has led IR training, including for the International Certificate in IR (ICIR), in Chile, Indonesia, Japan, Nigeria, Singapore, Thailand and Turkey, as well as in the Middle East and UK. In 2018, John was awarded an Honorary Fellowship of the IR Society in recognition of his services to IR.

Angus Guthrie has over thirty years experience in the energy industry and fifteen years experience in Investor Relations. He has led the Investor Relations program at CLP Holdings Ltd in Hong Kong for over 4 years.

Originally trained as a geophysicist he worked in oil and gas exploration for a number of companies in Australia. After time in the Planning Department of Esso Australia he undertook exploration, commercial, strategy and planning roles with Boral Energy. He worked on the demerger of Boral Energy from its parent conglomerate to form Origin Energy in 2000. In 2001 he took over Investor Relations, building the program over 10 years as the market capitalization grew from around A$1 billion to A$15 billion.

In 2008 Angus was awarded Best Investor Relations Officer by Peer Vote in Australia. He joined the Board of the Australian Investor Relations Association (AIRA) in 2009 and was Chairman of AIRA for two years from 2011 to 2013. He left Origin and joined the CLP subsidiary EnergyAustralia in 2012 before moving to Hong Kong to work for CLP in April 2014.

Angus holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Panel Member of the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association.

Mr. Ho Hon Ming, John, F.C.A., F.C.P.A., F.H.K.I.o.D., B.A.(Hons.), has been an Executive Director and the Company Secretary of the Company since March 2007. Mr. Ho is the chief financial officer and the company secretary of The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (“HKCG”) (a listed public company and the controlling shareholder of the Company) and holds directorships in various subsidiaries of HKCG. He is a director of Changchun Gas Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Gas Corporation Ltd. and Foshan Gas Group Co., Ltd., all of which are listed public companies. Mr. Ho is a General Committee member of the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies and a member of the Taxation Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Mr. Ho graduated from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom with an honorable Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Social Studies (Accounting and Finance). He completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School in the United States, the Senior Executive Program offered by Harvard Business School, Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management and China Europe International Business School, and the Chief Executive Program from Singapore Institute of Management. Mr. Ho has over 25 years of experience in corporate investor relationship.

Jonathan Hu is the Executive Director and Chief Executive officer of Pengyuan International, a leading Credit Rating Agency from China. The company is a leading provider of credit rating services and research and it’s also one of the very few credit rating agencies recognized by Hong Kong Securities & Futures Commission and Chinese regulators. Jonathan is responsible for company’s overall strategy management, business operations and oversight of company’s international commercial developments.

Prior to joining Pengyuan, Jonathan was the Global Head of Business development for Dagong Global Credit Rating, a Beijing based Credit rating agency with offices in Hong Kong, Frankfurt and Milan. He’s responsible for all of Dagong’s global business development and was the first to win USD issuance rating’s mandate. Prior to Dagong, Jonathan was the Head of Asia Pacific of a Niche class litigation advisory firm Goalgroup where he advised asset owners on global class actions litigations from 2013 to 2016. Jonathan was the Head of Sales and Operations for Fitch from 2011 to 2013 and also held various positions with Bloomberg LP from 2007 to 2011.

Christine Kan is a Managing Director of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. She is the Head of Listed Issuer Regulation within the Listing Department and in this capacity, she supervises the team in charge of monitoring over 2,000 companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and their compliance with the Listing Rules. She also leads the Listed Issuer Regulation team in developing policies applicable to listed companies with a view to provide a fair, orderly and efficient market for the trading of securities and to ensure acceptable standards in investors protection.

Ms Kan first joined HKEX in 1996 and prior to taking up the current role in 2006, has worked in various capacities in the Listing Department. Previously, Ms Kan worked for international public accounting firms in Canada and Hong Kong. Ms Kan is a Canadian qualified Chartered Accountant.

Since May 2003 Patrick Kiss (born Nov. 19, 1971) is Head of Investor & Public Relations of the MDAX-company Deutsche EuroShop. The authorized representative holds a degree in business administration and is a certified investment analyst (CEFA). Before he joined Deutsche EuroShop he was senior investor relations manager at SGL Carbon (2002-2003) and head of investor relations and corporate communications at Gontard & MetallBank (2000-2002). Patrick Kiss started his career at the international communications consultancy Burson-Marsteller (1994-1999) as new media-/hightech- and investor relations-consultant.
In addition to his professional activities, he founded IR Club, the online community for investor relations professionals in 2011. He is supervisory board member at Weng Fine Art since July 2018.

Ms Angelina Kwan is currently the Chief Operating Officer of the Bitcoin Mercantile Exchange (BitMEX) and has responsibility over BitMEX’s operations around the world. She most recently established and ran the Regulatory Compliance Department and the HKEX Foundation Limited at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. Ms Kwan has extensive experience in Asia Pacific and the United States, in running businesses, business development, as well as investor and stakeholder relations. She started her career at KPMG and has held senior management, committee and/or board positions with the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, and other multinational companies and financial institutions.

She is currently a Hong Kong Government appointed member of the Women’s Commission, the Council for Sustainable Development, the Administrative Appeals Board, and the Lord Wilson Heritage Trust, a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of the Securities Industry Development Corporation of Malaysia, Vice Chair and Director of the The Women’s Foundation, a Director of the Hong Kong Securities Institute, a Fellow and Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an Honorary Adjunct Professor of Finance of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and serves on a number of other Boards and Committees. She lectures frequently for various international government and regulatory organizations as well as course providers.

Ms Kwan is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and Hong Kong and a graduate of the University of Southern California. Her MBA is from Pepperdine University and LLB from the Hong Kong University and Manchester Metropolitan University.

Lisa has extensive experience in investor communications, public relations as well as advertising and marketing. In her current role as the Director of Investor Relations of China Telecom Corporation Limited (HKEx: 728, NYSE: CHA), she formulates investor relations strategies for the company and leads a team to execute the plans which facilitate bilateral communications between management and investors. She is also responsible for media relations of the company. Prior to joining China Telecom in 2006, Lisa served in various renowned public relations and advertising agencies with sizable and multinational clients.

Lisa received top rankings in her profession recognized by a number of reputable organizations. She was awarded with “Best Investor Relations Professional” by Corporate Governance Asia for three consecutive years in 2016, 2017 and 2018, and was voted as “First Place – Best Investor Relations Professional (Overall)” in telecommunications in All-Asia Executive Team by Institutional Investor for three years in a row from 2016 to 2018. Lisa manages a team of six in China Telecom which ranked No. 1 in “Global Top 50 Awards 2017” and No. 1 in “Global Top 50 Awards 2018 – Best in Communications sector” by IR Magazine.

Lisa graduated from the University of Hong Kong with Bachelor of Finance and holds Master of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a CFA charterholder. She is also a member of IR Panel of Hong Kong Investor Relations Association.

Dr. LAM has over 30 years of international experience in general management, strategy consulting, corporate governance, direct investment, investment banking and fund management across the telecommunications/media/technology ("TMT"), consumer/healthcare, infrastructure/real estates, energy/resources and financial services sectors.

Dr. LAM serves on the board of directors, the advisory committee and the investment committee of a number of publicly-listed companies, investment funds and NGOs. He is Non-Executive Chairman – Hong Kong and ASEAN Region and Chief Adviser to Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets Asia, a member of the Committee on Innovation, Technology and Re-Industrialization of the HKSAR Government, Honorary Advisor to the Hong Kong Business Angel Network, Special Advisor to the Asia Pacific Real Estates Association and a member of the Court of City University of Hong Kong. In addition, he is President of the Hong Kong-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation, a member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council Belt and Road Committee and Convenor of its Digital Silk Road Working Group, a member of the Board of Directors of the Pacific Basin Economic Council, as well as President of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN ESCAP) Sustainable Business Network (ESBN) Executive Council and Chairman of its Task Force on Banking and Finance.

Dr. LAM is a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators, the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and CMA Australia, and an Honorary Fellow of CPA Australia, the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management and the University of Hong Kong School of Professional and Continuing Education.

Vanessa joined HKEX in 2015 and is currently a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Hong Kong office. She spent the early years of her career in PricewaterhouseCoopers London where she was qualified as a Chartered Accountant before moving into the consulting industry with McKinsey & Company for another six years. Vanessa is well versed in the commodities space through her service as the Chief Financial Officer of Global Rolled Products at Alcoa and later as a Senior Research Analyst and Vice President specializing in Asian metals and mining research at Sanford C. Bernstein. Vanessa holds an MA in Mathematics & Computation from the University of Oxford.

Gary Ng retired from Lenovo Group Limited, a Fortune 500 company and a leading personal technology company in the world, since April 2018 as a corporate Vice President, and stays thereafter as an Advisor of the Company, He was responsible for the group’s global investor relations and financial communications programs and policies.

Mr. Ng has extensive experience in investor relations and financial communications. Under Mr. Ng’s leadership, Lenovo has won a number of IR awards including 2016 Top 3 Best IR Program (sell-side), 2015 Top 2 Most Honored Companies and Best IR Company (Asia Technology / Hardware) by US based Institutional Investor Magazine; 2014 & 2013 Global Top 50, 2012 Grand Prix IR Award by UK based IR Magazine; 2015 Best IR Company - Large Cap by Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (HKIRA). Gary was also recognized by the industry for his achievements, and has been consistently ranked top IR professional in Hong Kong / China, including the Best IRO – Large Cap by HKIRA in 2016; Best IR Professional (Technology / Hardware) by Institutional Investor Magazine in 2015, and a number of other IR awards. Prior to Lenovo, Mr. Ng had worked for a number of Hong Kong listed companies including VP Corporate Affairs of Esprit Holdings, Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, Company Secretary of Clear Media and Guangdong Kelon during which Gary had also won a number of awards in investor relations and financial communications. Prior to that, Gary had been holding leadership roles in several communication consulting firms including Deputy MD of Gavin Anderson in Hong Kong, a renowned global financial PR consulting firm.

In addition to his day job at Jefferies, Conor is also a former Chairman of the Irish Chamber of Commerce of Hong Kong, a member of the chamber’s fintech group and is the local representative of Irish Funds, the association that represents all the member firms involved in the fund management industry in Ireland, most of whom have operations in Hong Kong. Given over 80% of assets under management in Hong Kong are European UCITS products domiciled in Ireland and Luxembourg, this role has given him close relationships with HKEX and other industry bodies in the Hong Kong fund management industry.

Yoo holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, MBA from the Stuart School of Business at the Illinois Institute of Technology, and GSAL program at the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business. He has been named an inventor on nine U.S. patents on derivatives risk management applications.

Joe Zhang, 55, is the chairman of China Smartpay (8325.hk) and a director of several other companies including Fuson International (656.hk), Logan Property (3380.hk) and Luye Pharmaceuticals (2186.hk). When he was the head of China research at UBS, he was rated “best China analyst” in five consecutive years (2001-05). He was COO at Shenzhen Investment (604.hk) in 2006-08. He worked at the People’s Bank of China in the 1980s. He taught finance at the University of Canberra in 1991-94.
